Ticketmaster apps now available :)

Ticketmaster Ireland, a Live Nation Entertainment company, have just released their Ticketmaster apps for iPhone® and for Android™.  The apps are currently available on the App Store and Google Play to download for free.

Smart Phone users can use the apps to discover events, browse event details and purchase tickets.  The apps allow users to log into their MyTicketmaster account for a seamless purchasing experience on their mobile device.

These Ticketmaster apps scan a user’s music library to understand music preferences and users can choose to have the smart phones built-in location services activated to automatically recommend relevant upcoming local events. Fans can further personalise the recommended events by using more than 40 preset filters.

In addition to browsing, searching and discovering events, the apps offer ticket on sale information and notifications, show reminders, set lists from past concerts worldwide, venue information and seat maps.

The apps also offer deep social media connections, allowing fans to easily Tweet™ and Facebook® when discovering events or after purchasing tickets, helping to extend the fun and excitement beyond the event itself.
