Develop your digital products for free with WebElevate
Companies looking to develop their next digital innovation are invited to join the ranks of over 40 companies including BT Ireland, Telefonica Ireland, Oracle, Pigsback.com and Gill & MacMillan to develop a range of mobile apps, online games, social media campaigns and online videos for FREE through Digital Skills Academy’s innovative WebElevate Programme.
A mobile app for a major exhibition; an ipad literacy app for children; an e-commerce site for Irish craft producers to sell internationally; and a series of online videos to promote cloud computing services, these are just a few of the projects that have been successfully developed through WebElevate, the level 8 digital technology and digital game development programme, delivered by Digital Skills Academy with Dublin Institute of Technology as the awarding body.
While developing talent for employment roles in the digital technology and digital gaming sectors, the WebElevate programme supports companies to develop new digital innovations by providing access to the talents of a dynamic group of professionals who are re-skilling in in-demand digital technology skills.
Paul Dunne, CEO of Digital Skills Academy said “Digital Skills Academy can provide companies with the resources of multi-disciplinary teams of emerging digital professionals, providing up to 2,000 man hours to work on their digital innovation under the guidance of industry experts.”
The WebElevate programme is a level 8 digital technology and digital gaming programme, which retrains graduate jobseekers in in-demand digital technology skills for employment in areas including mobile application development, online and mobile game development, web commerce, digital marketing, web video production and online publishing sectors.
Companies interested in partnering with the programme are invited to attend an Information Event at 8am on Wednesday, 21st November 2012 at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Golden Lane, Dublin 8.
