When bands are starting out, if they are good enough they will get the opportunity to play in front of a number of record companies (scouts), and if the material, look and management structure is right they will often get a deal.
Many bands have a great desire to get in front of decision makers, people who will have an impact on their career.

This group of talented people could not only launch a career, but they can MAKE a career. If this was the music business, think of a group of major labels, managers etc., sitting down with you to give you insights which would take you a few years of hard knocks and rejection to learn.
